Eya Chesa - Property Developers Mission Statement Preamble The management of EyaChesa Property development has set forth the belief for which the company is established and the principles under which we shall operate. Basic Purpose We will deliver affordable housing to those who in the past could not afford a house of their own. Buying a house for the first time can be a daunting experience. We will attempt to make this process as easy and trouble free as we can. We will do this by keeping the client informed, and delivering an efficient service is our top priority. Cost versus Quality Low cost should not necessarily mean low quality. We will deliver quality houses at an affordable price in as short a turnaround time as circumstances will allow. We will not hand over a house unless the client is satisfied with the quality of workmanship Corporate Responsibility The company will treat all internal and external stakeholders with respect. We will attempt to give back to the community in which we operate. We will keep accurate accounting records and pay taxes when they come due. We will maintain an image of a responsible corporate citizen who considers the needs of employees, clients, the community and the environment.
