As the name suggests, these houses are a cut above the rest. The house is a Tuscan Design and has a hip roof. All of the houses offer two bathrooms, one of which are En-Suite. Further it also includes tiles, carpets and built in cupboards. It also comes with a four plate stove and a washing machine fitting in the kitchen. We put plaster bands around the windows(on the outsides) to make it more aesthetically pleasing. You do not need to do any more work on this house when you move in! Sizes vary from 55m² to 100m²
