Entry Level Homes
These are our Entry Level houses. As the name suggests it is ideal for the first time buyer. These houses offer you the opportunity to still buy a house at an affordable price, and then renovate and extend as and when it suits your budget. The house doesn’t come standard with tiles, carpets, build in cupboards etc. as these fittings just make the house more expensive. You can however choose these as optional extras. Houses vary in size from 45m² to 100m².
