Material Specifications
Please feel free to have a look at our material specifications. Listed here are the products and their specifications that will be used to build your house. We use only SABS approved materials giving you peace of mind. The banks have also approved our material specifications as they finance your purchase. All materials are also approved by the NHBRC. Please note that all our taps are mixer taps, and that we supply spot light fittings to all bedrooms and the lounge, cheesecake fittings to the bathrooms and fluorescent lights to the kitchens. A little something extra that makes a big difference.
