- Where are your offices?
We are at number 58, 12th avenue in Edenvale, and we also have an office in Pretoria But we will come to you and it will not be necessary for you to come to our offices
- How much does a house cost?
The prices vary depending on the area and the size of the house. The sales consultant will discuss our pricing structure with you in detail.
- Can I buy just a stand from you?
No. We sell a complete building package.
- What kind of houses do you have?
We have a variety of designs. All our houses have a tiled roof and are guaranteed for 5years. You can choose an Entry Level House or an Elite House. The choice is up to you and we will adapt to what you can afford.
- Is there transport in the area?
All our houses are in established areas and there is usually access to transport without problem.
- How much deposit will I need to pay?
We do not require you to pay any deposit; we will apply for a 100% loan. But if the bank does not grant a 100% loan, we will then require the balance as deposit. If you want to pay a deposit this will decrease your monthly bond so it will improve your chance of receiving a home loan.
- Can I come and see one of the houses that you have built?
Yes, of course, our sales agent will take you to see a house before you will make a purchase.
- What will I need to qualify for a loan?
You need a monthly income of around R 9,500.(Depending in which area you buy) This can be a joint income, so if you and your husband/wife together earn R 9,500 you will have a chance to qualify.
Further you will need
- A south African identity document
- Three months bank statements
- A pay slip that is not older than 3months
- Proof of residence, this could be a telephone bill or an electricity account or Edgars account or something similar
Our sales consultant will discuss these documents in detail with you.
- I work for myself, will I still qualify for a loan?
Yes, if you earn more than R 9,500 per month. The sales consultant that will call you back will discuss everything with you.
- Can you sell their house that they are living in now?
We are property developers, not estate agents. We do not sell existing houses, but we will refer them to a good estate agent.
- Do you have any existing houses?
No. We are property developers, not estate agents. We only sell new houses.
- Which banks do we use to finance the houses?
We use bond originators. The bond originator applies to all banks and we see which bank offers the lowest interest rate.
- I have been blacklisted. Will I still be able to get a loan?
That depends on the bank. If you have only 1 or 2 Black listings we can try to apply for a loan. If you have more than 2 black listings the banks will turn your loan application down unless you can prove that you have made arrangements to pay back the debt.
- How long does a blacklisting last?
If your blacklisting is older than 5 years, the bank may consider giving you a loan again. It depends on the bank.
- Who do you use to build the houses?
We use only experienced builders who are registered with professional builders organisations and we have a very strict quality control policy
- Are you registered with the NHBRC?
Yes.
- Do your houses have a guarantee?
Yes. All our houses have a 5-year guarantee against structural defects.
- I do not have an I.D. book?
You will need to obtain a temporary I.D. from the department of home affairs
- What type of roof does the house have?
All our houses have a tiled roof.
- What type of bricks do you use?
We use only high quality bricks. Our houses come with a 5year guarantee and we have to use only high quality materials because we don’t want to come back to fix a house that has cracked. We rather use good material so we can avoid such a situation.
- Do your houses have tiles or carpets on the floor?
The Entry Level Houses has a screed floor, but the Elite Houses has carpets and tiles. But you can take tiles and carpets as an optional extra when buying a Entry Level House
- How much cupboard space is there?
Built in cupboards are optional extras for the Entry Level houses, but standard in the Elite Houses.
- Does your houses have a bath or a shower?
All houses come with a 1.7meter bath. If you would prefer a shower, we can replace the bath with a shower.
- Are you related to Cosmopolitan/ RBA / Qualiplan / any other of the big property developers?
No. We are an independent company.
- Can I design my own house?
Yes. You can choose one of our designs or you can design your own. Designing your own house will incur some additional costs.
- Can I see some pictures of your houses?

- How big is the house?
The smallest houses we have are 42square meters. We can make the house as big as you can afford and as big as what the yard is.
- How big is the stand?
Stand sizes varies from 200 square meters up to 600 square meters.
- Does the house have a garage?
A garage is an optional extra. The sales agent will be able to give you a quotation for a garage.
- Does the house have a carport?
A carport is an optional extra. The sales agent will be able to give you a quotation for a carport.
- How long will it take you to build the house? When can I move in?
There are a lot of factors that influences how long it takes before you can move into your new house. Once the bond is registered in your name it usually takes about 12weeks. It usually takes about a month to two months for the bond to be registered in your name. So the average time it takes from the date you apply for a loan, until you can move into your house is 4 to 5 months.
- Is the house in a complex?
No. Our houses are not in complexes, they are in new townships
