We use an architect and an engineer that specializes in Affordable - and Low Cost housing because of their an intricate knowledge of the product we offer. Eya Chesa Housing aim to obtain 100% bonds for our clients. A reputable bond originator is used to obtain bonds from South Africa's four major banks, being ABSA Bank, Nedbank, First National Bank and Standard Bank.

Only reputable construction companies, with a proven track record, are used to build our houses. All our houses are built with SABS approved material.

We also own a construction company that specializes in the construction of Low Cost -, Social - and GAP housing. At present we are working with the Gauteng Department of Housing and the Johannesburg Housing company, together with Eskom to develop thousands of houses for needy households.
